Remove
- Remove the liftgate lower trim. See Liftgate Lower Trim (Remove and Replace).

Remove the screw that
attaches the GND noise filter to the RH side of the liftgate, disconnect the
electrical connector, and then remove the filter from the liftgate.
NoteThe screw is self-contained to the filter.TipUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T30 bit
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
- Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm
Install

Connect the electrical connector, and then install the screw that attaches
the GND noise filter to the RH side of the liftgate.
