Instrument Panel - Driver Footwell Duct - RHD (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the RH front door and lower the RH front window.
  2. Move the RH front seat backward.
  3. On the touchscreen, select Controls > Steering, and roll the left scroll button up to move the steering column to its highest position.
  4. Remove the driver footwell hush panel. See GUID-A709B73F-046A-4505-A3C6-DDE2E9237223.html.
  5. Release the clip that attaches the driver footwell duct to the IP carrier.
  6. Maneuver the driver footwell duct out from between the IP carrier and the steering column.

Install

  1. Maneuver the driver footwell duct into position between the IP carrier and the steering column, and then install the duct onto the HVAC assembly.
  2. Install the clip that attaches the driver footwell duct to the IP carrier.
  3. Install the driver footwell hush panel. See GUID-A709B73F-046A-4505-A3C6-DDE2E9237223.html.
  4. On the touchscreen, select Controls > Steering, and roll the left scroll button down to move the steering column back to its original position.
  5. Move the RH front seat back to its original position.
  6. Raise the RH front window and close the RH front door.
