Reuse

Remove

  1. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the access panel. See ACCESS PANEL (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the bolts (x4) that secure the underhood storage unit.

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 10 mm socket
    • 4 in extension
    • Ratchet/torque wrench
  4. Release the clips and tabs that attach the underhood storage unit to the vehicle, and then remove the underhood storage unit from the vehicle.

    Replace any clips if broken or missing.

Install

  1. Install the clips and tabs that attach the underhood storage unit to the vehicle with a worklight LED.

  2. Install the bolts (x4) that secure the underhood storage unit.
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)
