Remove

Use a non marrying trim tool to slowly release the bracket from the front
fascia.

Use IPA wipes to clean off the residue, allow 1 minute to dry, and then
apply new 3M tapes to the license plate bracket.
NoteRecommend to use your thumb to help roll off the adhesive.
Install
