Rear Upper Fascia - LH (Performance) (Remove and Install)

Torque Specifications

Reuse

Remove

  1. Remove the rear fascia and diffuser assembly. See Assembly - Fascia and Diffuser - Rear (Remove and Install).
  2. Release the clips (x3) that attach the LH insert to the rear fascia assembly.
  3. Disconnect the LH rear BLE connector.
  4. Remove the screws (x3) that attach the LH rear fascia lamp to the rear fascia assembly.

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T25 socket
  5. Release the datums (x2) to move the rear fascia LH lamp aside.
  6. Lift up the tabs (x2) and remove the LH rear BLE.
  7. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the LH upper rear fascia to the lower rear fascia.

    • Torx T30 socket
  8. Release the clips (x7) that attach the LH upper rear fascia to the lower rear fascia, and then remove the LH upper rear fascia.

Install

  1. Install the clips (x7) that attach the LH upper rear fascia to the lower rear fascia.
  2. Install the bolts (x2) that attach the LH upper rear fascia to the lower rear fascia.
    3 Nm (2.2 lbs-ft)

    • Torx T30 socket
  3. Install the lower part of the LH rear BLE to the bracket and then secure it to the tabs.
  4. Align the datums (x2) to position the rear fascia LH lamp in place.
  5. Install the screws (x3) that attach the LH rear fascia lamp to the rear fascia assembly.
    1.5 Nm (1.1 lbs-ft)

  6. Connect the LH rear BLE connector.
  7. Secure the clips (x3) to install the LH insert onto the rear fascia assembly.
  8. Install the rear fascia and diffuser assembly. See Assembly - Fascia and Diffuser - Rear (Remove and Install).
