Front Fascia (Performance) (Remove and Replace)

Torque Specifications

Bolts (x2) that attach the LH and RH upper front fascia ducts to the front fascia upper assembly

Remove

  1. Remove the front fascia assembly from the vehicle. See Front Fascia (Remove and Install).
  2. Remove the bolts (x6) that attach the front valance to the front fascia assembly and release the locking tabs (x6).

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T40 socket
  3. Release the clips (x4) and hook that attach the front fascia electrical harness to the front fascia assembly, and then disconnect and remove the harness from both terminals.
  4. Remove the bolts (x2) and clips (x18) that attach the lower front fascia assembly to the upper front fascia assembly.

  5. Remove the bolt and clips (x6) that attach the LH upper front fascia duct to the upper front fascia assembly.

  6. Remove the bolt and clips (x6) that attach the RH upper front fascia duct to the upper front fascia assembly.

Install

  1. Align the datums (x2), then install the bolt and clips (x6) that attach the RH upper front fascia duct to the upper front fascia assembly.
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)

  2. Align the datums (x2), then install the bolt and clips (x6) that attach the LH upper front fascia duct to the upper front fascia assembly.
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)

  3. Install the bolts (x2) and clips (x18) that attach the lower front fascia assembly to the upper front fascia assembly.
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)

  4. Secure the clips (x4) and hook that attach the front fascia electrical harness to the front fascia assembly, and then connect the harness to both terminals.
  5. Install the guide tabs (x6) that attach the valance to the front fascia.
  6. Install the bolts (x6) that attach the front valance to the front fascia assembly and secure the locking tabs (x6).
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)

  7. Install the front fascia assembly to the vehicle. See Front Fascia (Remove and Install).
