Liftgate Upper Trim (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. Release the clips and tabs, and then remove the liftgate upper trim from the vehicle.

    Note
    Use a clip prytool to release the clips. Start from the side clips and end with the upper clips.

Install

  1. Check the trim panel clips and replace any damaged clips.
  2. Install the liftgate upper trim from the vehicle.

    Secure the top portion first. Ensure the tabs are aligned with the liftgate lower trim.
  3. Close the liftgate.
