Remove
- Remove the cross car beam from vehicle. See INSTRUMENT PANEL - CROSS CAR BEAM (Remove and Replace).

Remove bolt securing HVAC assembly to RH side of bulkhead.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- 10 mm deep socket

Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the
HVAC blower motor to the HVAC module, and then remove the blower motor from the
vehicle.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- Hex Stubby 1/4in Dr x 6mm
Install

Install the bolts (x3) that attach the
HVAC blower motor to the HVAC module, and then install the blower motor from the
vehicle.1 Nm (.7 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- Hex Stubby 1/4in Dr x 6mm

Install bolt securing HVAC assembly to
