Remove
- Remove the positive input fastcharge busbar from the fastcharge contactor. See Busbar Fast Charge - Input - Positive (Remove and Replace) or Busbar Fast Charge - Input - Positive - PN Prefixed with 2xx (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the negative input fastcharge busbar from the fastcharge contactor. See Busbar Fast Charge - Input - Negative (Remove and Replace) or Busbar Fast Charge - Input - Negative - PN Prefixed with 2xx (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the positive DC link fastcharge busbar from the fastcharge contactor. See Busbar - Fast Charge Contactor To Direct Current Busbar - Positive (Remove and Replace) or GUID-FA8D7B29-13D3-44A9-A807-CDA4F807ACE1.html.
- Remove the negative DC link fastcharge busbar from the fastcharge contactor. See Busbar - Fast Charge Contactor To Direct Current Busbar - Negative (Remove and Replace) or GUID-6CE3EB62-55CE-4E62-8513-9A5D9219A988.html.

Release the guide pins (x2) and remove
the bolts (x3) that attach the fastcharge contactor to the lower fastcharge insulator
assembly, and then remove the contactor from the vehicle.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- RATCHET, 0.25IN SQ DR, HV INSULATED
- SKT, 1/4" DR, E8 TORX EXTERNAL - 1115113-00-B

Install

Align the guide pins (x2) and install
the bolts (x3) that attach the fastcharge contactor to the lower fastcharge insulator
assembly.
