Remove

Release the rear facing camera clips (x2).
NoteBe careful not to damage the paint. Recommend to pry from the bottom.
- Disconnect the rear facing camera connector.

Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the rear facing camera to the
cover.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T8 bit
- Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm
Install

Install the bolts (x2) that attach the rear facing camera to the
cover.0.5 Nm (4 lbs-in)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T8 bit
- Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm
- Connect the rear facing camera connector.
- Carefully maneuver the rear facing camera assembly and secure the clips (x2).
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Place the vehicle in Service Mode by using the touchscreen. See Service Mode.
- Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).

On the touchscreen, tap the Service Mode "wrench" (at the bottom of the
touchscreen UI), and then tap
RearView
in theCamera Selection
drop list, click Run, and allow the routine to complete. , select - Exit Service Mode. See Service Mode.
- Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
