Vin Label (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the windshield. See Windshield (LHD) (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the old VIN label from the body.
  3. Use glue cleaner and IPA wipers to clean off any remaining adhesive, and allow at least one minute to dry.

Install

  1. Install the new VIN label to the body.

    Note
    Align the hash marks at the top of the VIN label with the V-notch in the body, and position the top edge of the VIN label in alignment with the wider notches.
