Remove
- Remove the instrument panel upper assembly. See Assembly - Instrument Panel - Upper (RHD) (Remove and Install).
- Disconnect the passenger air vent connectors (x2).

Remove the screws (x5) that attach the
passenger air vent from the instrument panel upper assembly, and release the datums
(x3), and then remove the air vent from the assembly.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 bit
Install

Position the passenger air vent to the instrument panel upper assembly and align the
datums (x5), and then install the screws (x5) that attach the passenger air vent from
the instrument panel upper assembly.0.9 Nm (8 lbs-in)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 bit
- Connect the passenger air vent connectors (x2).
- Install the clip that attaches the passenger footwell duct to the vehicle.
- Install the instrument panel upper assembly. See Assembly - Instrument Panel - Upper (RHD) (Remove and Install).
