Top Face Panel - Center Console (Model YL) (Remove and Replace)

Torque Specifications

 Reuse

Remove

  1. Remove the center console LH and RH front side panels. See Side Panel - Front - Center Console - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
    Note
    The number of clips of the LH and RH front side panels may be different.
  2. Remove the center console LH and RH rear side panels. See Side Panel - Rear - Center Console - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the phone dock surround. See Surround - Phone Dock - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the LH and RH hockey sticks. See Hockey Stick - Center Console - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the screws (x4) that attach the top face panel to the center console.
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T20 bit
    • Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm
  6. Release the clips (x4) and remove the top face panel from the center console.

Install

  1. Secure the clips (x4) to install the top face panel to the center console.
  2. Install the screws (x4) that attach the top face panel to the center console.
    1.2 Nm (.9 lbs-ft)
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T20 bit
    • Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm
  3. Install the LH and RH hockey sticks. See Hockey Stick - Center Console - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Install the phone dock surround. See Surround - Phone Dock - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
  5. Install the center console LH and RH rear side panels. See Side Panel - Rear - Center Console - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
  6. Install the center console LH and RH front side panels. See Side Panel - Front - Center Console - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
