Remove
- Disconnect LV battery. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
- Remove the B-pillar lower trim. See Trim - B-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).

Disconnect the electrical connector
from the LH B-pillar accelerometer sensor.
NotePull the red tab away to disengage the lock, then pull to disconnect the connector.

Remove the bolt that attaches the LH
B-pillar accelerometer sensor to the body, then remove the sensor.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket

Install the bolt that attaches the LH
B-pillar accelerometer sensor to the body.10 Nm (7.4 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Connect the electrical connector to the LH B-pillar accelerometer sensor.
- Install the B-pillar lower trim. See Trim - B-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Connect LV battery. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
