Remove
-
Open LH front door
-
Lower LH front window
-
Open hood
-
Remove HEPA filter or big basin
NoteVehicle configuration may vary, W/ HEPA: 2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, Pivot rear edge up past brake reservoir then lift up to clear frunk assembly, W/O HEPA: 2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, 14x clips, Fold rear lip of base frunk forward to access forward cowl clips, Lift cowl clips to release basin bracket

Remove air intake duct
Note2x P-Nuts, 13mm, No torque spec, Unscrew P-Nuts until released from stud, Release P-Clamp from strut brace
Install

Install air intake duct
Note2x P-Nuts, 13mm, No torque spec, Push in P-Nuts until intake seal is compressed on dash, Secure P-Clamp to strut brace

Install HEPA filter or big basin
NoteVehicle configuration may vary, W/ HEPA: 2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, Pivot forward edge down past frunk assembly, Then carefully move rear edge past brake reservoir and into position, Gently press on RH side of filter to seat seal onto duct, W/O HEPA: 2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, 14x clips, Secure basin fasteners then install basin cowl, Fold rear flap of base frunk back to access front row of clips to cowl, Replace any missing or damaged clips, Do not pinch washer line in between big basin and body
