Remove
- Remove HV battery rear skid plate enclosure. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Stands.
- Position coolant drain container under rear of vehicle.
- Disconnect RDU inverter inlet hose from rear of HV battery and plug both ends.
- Disconnect RDU inverter inlet hose from fluid coupling and allow coolant to drain from inverter.
- Release RDU inverter inlet tube from RDU HV cable harness.
- Remove RDU inverter inlet hose from between subframe and drive unit.
Install
- Position RDU inverter inlet hose for installation between subframe and drive unit.
- Secure RDU inverter inlet hose onto RDU HV cable harness.

Remove plugs and connect RDU inverter
inlet hose to rear of HV battery.
NotePerform a push-pull-push test on the fittings to make sure that they are secure.
- Remove hose plugs and connect coolant inlet hose to rear drive unit.
- Install HV battery rear skid plate enclosure. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Stands.
