Install

  1. Install the LH coat hook and map light assembly. See Coat Hook and Map Light - LH (Remove and Install).
  2. Locally connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox (Connect and Disconnect).
  3. In Toolbox 3.0, click the Actions tab, type "Dome Lights" into the search field, click TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_REAR-DOME-LIGHTSvia Toolbox: (link), click Run, and allow the routine to complete.
  4. Reinstall the vehicle software. See Software Reinstall - Touchscreen.
  5. Exit Service Mode or disconnect the laptop if applicable (see 0005 - Service Modes).
