Remove
- Remove the headliner assembly. See Headliner Assembly (Model Y Standard) (Remove and Install).
Replace
- Install the headliner assembly. See Headliner Assembly (Model Y Standard) (Remove and Install).
- Locally connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox (Connect and Disconnect).
- In Toolbox 3.0, click the Actions tab, type "Calibration Mode" into the search field, click TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_REAR-DOME-LIGHTSvia Toolbox:(link), click Run, and allow the routine to complete.
- Reinstall the vehicle firmware. See Software Reinstall - Touchscreen.
- Exit Service Mode. See Service Mode.
