Headliner - Rear - NA (Remove and Replace)

Note
This procedure only applies to US-built vehicles as the headliner on US-built vehicles is only serviceable as a complete assembly.

Remove

  1. Remove the parcel shelf. See Parcel Shelf (Remove and Replace).
  2. Release the clips (x6) and magnets (x2) that attach the rear headliner panel to the vehicle, and then remove the rear headliner panel.

Install

  1. Place the new headliner assembly on the stand.
  2. Use a clip prytool to release the clips (x4), then remove the rear headliner panel from the new headliner assembly.
  3. Align the location pins (x3) to the holes, and then install the clips (x6) and magnets (x2) that attach the rear headliner panel to the vehicle.
    Note
    Replace any damaged clips.
    Note
    Ensure that the seal covers the interior trim panel.
  4. Install the parcel shelf. See Parcel Shelf (Remove and Replace).
