Remove
- Remove the cowl screen panel. See COWL SCREEN (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the positive jumper post cap.

Remove the stud bolt that attaches the positive jumper post to the cowl
screen bracket.
NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- External Torx E5
- Torque wrench with angle measurement

Remove the bolt that attaches the cowl screen bracket to the body.
NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm deep socket
- Torque wrench with angle measurement
- Release the tabs (x2) that attach the cowl screen bracket to the vehicle, and then remove it from the vehicle.
Install
- Install the tabs (x2) that attach the cowl screen bracket to the vehicle.

Install the bolt that attaches the cowl screen bracket to the body.7 Nm (5.2 lbs-ft)NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm deep socket
- Torque wrench with angle measurement

Install the stud bolt that attaches the positive jumper post to the cowl

- Install the positive jumper post cap.
