Aero Seal - Front Lightbar (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the aero seal from the lightbar.
  3. Remove the residual adhesive.
  4. Use IPA wipes to clean the adhered surfaces on the lightbar, and allow 1 minute to dry.

Install

  1. Position the aero seal onto the lightbar.

    Do not install the seal in the wrong direction.

    Note
    Ensure the both ends and the front side of the aero seal align with the lightbar.
  2. Use masking tapes to assist in keeping the aero seal in position.

    Note
    Double check the alignment position after applying the masking tape. Adjust the alignment position if needed. Ensure the aero seal does not have any position changes.
  3. Slowly peel the aero seal backing release paper and stick the aero seal to the lightbar.

    Keep pressing the aero seal down to adhere it onto the lightbar during peeling.

    Note
    If the release paper is difficult to pass through the masking tape, use a hook to help thread the release paper through the masking tape.
  4. Fully press the aero seal to ensure it is completed adhered to the lightbar.
  5. Remove the masking tapes.
  6. Tuck the aero seal under the underhood storage unit.
  7. Close the hood.
