Remove

  1. Remove the DC link positive busbar from the fastcharge contactor assembly. See GUID-FA8D7B29-13D3-44A9-A807-CDA4F807ACE1.html.
  2. Remove the DC link negative busbar from the fastcharge contactor assembly. See GUID-6CE3EB62-55CE-4E62-8513-9A5D9219A988.html.
  3. Release the clips (x4) and location pins (x4), then remove the bolts (x3) that attach the fastcharge lower insulator to the fastcharge contactor assembly.

    • SKT, 1/4" DR, E8 TORX EXTERNAL - 1115113-00-B

Install

  1. Align the location pins (x4), secure the clips (x4), then install the bolts (x3) that attach the fastcharge lower insulator to the fastcharge contactor assembly.
    5.5 Nm (4.1 lbs-ft)
