Remove
- Remove the trunk sill trim. See Trunk Sill Lower Trim (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the LH and RH load floor brackets. See Bracket - Load Floor - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove trunk tub. See Trunk Tub (Remove and Replace).

Remove bottom foam pad from lower trunk.

Remove rear center bolt from
lower trunk assembly.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket

Remove lower trunk assembly from vehicle.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm socket
Install

Install lower trunk assembly onto
vehicle.
24 Nm (17.7 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- 13 mm socket

Install rear center bolt onto lower
trunk assembly.
10 Nm (7.4 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- 13 mm socket

Install bottom foam pad to lower trunk.
