Remove
- Remove the LH body controller module. See LOW VOLTAGE CONTROLLER - LEFT HAND (Remove and Install).
Install
- Install the LH body controller module. See LOW VOLTAGE CONTROLLER - LEFT HAND (Remove and Install).
- Locally connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox 3 (Connect and Disconnect).
- Reinstall the vehicle firmware. See Software Reinstall - Touchscreen.
- Sit in the front passenger seat.

On the touchscreen, tap the Service Mode "wrench" (at the bottom of the touchscreen
UI), and then tap
, and allow the routine to complete.NoteKeep the LH front seat clear from all items/objects during the calibration.
- Tap , and allow the routine to complete.

Pair the key by using Toolbox 3.
- Place the key(s) on the wireless charger.
- In Toolbox 3.0, click the Actions tab, type "NFC Key Card Pair" into the search field, click PROC_VCSEC_C_PAIR-NFC-CARD-V2via Toolbox: (link)via Service Mode: Low Voltage ➜ Keys ➜ Pair Key, select the amount of key(s) to pair, click Run, and allow the routine to complete.
- Disconnect the laptop.
- Exit Service Mode. See Service Mode.
- Move seats to original position.
- Close all open doors and raise up the windows.
