Remove
- Remove the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).
- Disconnect the LV battery. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
- Remove the cabin intake duct. See Duct - Air Intake (Remove and Replace).
- Release the clip that attaches the supermanifold harness to the front body controller module.
- Disconnect the thermal harness from the front body controller module connector.

Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the front body controller module cover to
the front body controller module, and then remove the cover.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Disconnect the electrical harness from the front body controller module connectors (x5).

Remove and discard the bolts (x2) that attach the harness guide to the front body
controller module.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 8 mm socket
- Pivot the harness guide slightly forward and up to release the clip from the front body controller module.

Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the front body controller module to the
body.
NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket

Remove the bolt that attaches the
ground strap to the lower right side of the front body controller module.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Release the clip that attaches the positive cable to the front body controller.

Remove the front body controller
module from the vehicle.
TIpSwing the controller forward and up to release from the top temp set.
Install

Maneuver the front body controller module into position.
NoteSlide the module over the hook, and then position into bottom bracket holes.

Install the bolts (x3) that attach the front body controller module to the body.10 Nm (7.4 lbs-ft)NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Pivot the harness guide upward and back to install the clip to the front harness.

Install new bolts (x2) that attach the harness guide to the front body controller
module.6 Nm (4.4 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 8 mm socket

Install the bolt that attaches the ground strap to the lower right side of the front
body controller module.9 Nm (6.6 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Install the clip that attaches the positive cable to the front body controller.
- Connect the electrical harness to the front body controller module connectors (x5).

Install the front body controller module cover, and then install the bolts (x2) that
attach the front body controller module cover to the front body controller module.8.5 Nm (6.3 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Connect the thermal harness to the front body controller module connector.
- Install the clip that attaches the supermanifold harness to the front body controller module.
