Remove
- Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Stands.
- Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).
- On the touchscreen, touch Run to start the routine. and select
- Remove the HEPA filter assembly. See SERVICE KIT - HEPA AND CARBON FILTERS (Remove and Replace).
- Disconnect the LV battery. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
- Remove the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the cabin intake duct. See Duct - Air Intake (Remove and Replace).
- Release the clips (x3) that attach the steering gear harness to the underhood storage unit reinforcement bracket.

Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the
underhood storage unit reinforcement bracket to the cooling fan, and then slide the
bracket forward to remove it from the vehicle.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- External Torx Plus EP14

Remove the front valance. See Front Undertray - Valance Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).
NoteIt is not necessary to remove the pedestrian warning speaker from the valance.
- Lower the vehicle fully.
- Position a fluid catcher underneath the front of vehicle.
- Release the spring clip, disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the radiator, and then plug the hose and radiator.
- Release the spring clip, disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the supermanifold, and then plug the hose and supermanifold.
- Release the clip that attaches the radiator outlet hose to the vehicle.
- Remove the radiator outlet hose from the vehicle.
Install
- Position the radiator outlet hose to the vehicle, and then fasten the clip that attaches the radiator outlet hose to the harness bracket.

Remove the plugs from the
supermanifold and radiator outlet hose, immediately connect the radiator outlet hose to
the supermanifold, and then fasten the clip.
NotePerform a push-pull-push test on the fittings to make sure that they are secure.

Remove the plugs from the radiator and
radiator outlet hose, immediately connect the radiator outlet hose to the radiator, and
then fasten the clip.
NotePerform a push-pull-push test on the fittings to make sure that they are secure.

Remove the coolant bottle cap, and
then fill the coolant to the proper level.
NoteEnsure that the coolant level is at the "Max" line.NoteIf the coolant loss is greater than 1L, vacuum refill is required to perform.
- Remove the fluid catcher underneath the front of the vehicle.
- Connect the LV battery. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
- Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).

On the touchscreen, perform the
following steps.
- Install the front valance. See Front Undertray - Valance Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).

Position the underhood storage unit
reinforcement bracket to the cooling fan, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach
the underhood storage unit reinforcement bracket to the cooling fan.46.5 Nm (34.3 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- External Torx Plus EP14
- Install the clips (x3) that attach the steering gear harness to the underhood storage unit reinforcement bracket.
- Install the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).

Inspect the coolant level and top off
as necessary, and then install the coolant bottle cap.
NoteEnsure that the coolant level is at the "Max" line.NoteIf the coolant loss is greater than 1L, vacuum refill is required to perform.
- Exit Service Mode. See Service Mode.
- Install the cabin intake duct. See Duct - Air Intake (Remove and Replace).
- Install the HEPA filter assembly. See SERVICE KIT - HEPA AND CARBON FILTERS (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
