Harness - Headliner (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the front headliner. See Front Headliner (Remove and Install).
  2. Disconnect the front overhead console connector.
  3. Disconnect the front headliner microphone connectors (x2).
  4. Disconnect the front headliner map light connectors (x2).
  5. Release the fir tree clips (x2), the clips (x22) and the tapes to remove the headliner harness from the front headliner.
    Note
    Partially lift the NVH cotton to loosen the front headliner harness. Be careful not to damage the NVH cotton.

Install

  1. Secure the fir tree clips (x2), the clips (x22) and the tapes to install the headliner harness to the front headliner.
    Note
    Apply new tape as needed.
  2. Connect the front headliner map light connectors (x2).
  3. Connect the front headliner microphone connectors (x2).
  4. Connect the front overhead console connector.
  5. Install the front headliner. See Front Headliner (Remove and Install).
