Remove
- Remove the front wheels. See Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).

Check the torque for the nut that
attaches the front stabilizer end link to the LH front damper, and then mark the nut
with a paint pen.98 Nm (72.3 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 18 mm socket
- Torx T40 socket

Check the torque for the nut that
attaches the LH front tie rod end to the LH front suspension knuckle, and then mark the
nut with a paint pen.180 Nm (132.7 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 22 mm deep socket

Check the torque for the nut that
attaches the LH front upper control arm to the LH front suspension knuckle, and then
mark the nut with a paint pen.56 Nm (41.3 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 15 mm socket
- Torx T50 socket
- Repeat step 2 through step 4 on the right side of the front suspension.

Remove the front fascia valance assembly. See Front Undertray - Valance Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).
NoteIt is not necessary to separate the speaker from the valance.

Check the torque for the nut that
attaches the LH front lower aft link to the front subframe, and then mark the nut with a
paint pen.115 Nm (84.8 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 21 mm socket

Check the torque for the nuts that attach the LH front lower
lateral link to the front subframe, and then mark the nuts with a paint pen.135 Nm (99.6 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 21 mm socket

Check the torque for the nut that
attaches the LH front lower aft link to the knuckle, and then mark the nut with a paint
pen.180 Nm (132.7 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 22 mm socket

Check the torque for the nut that
attaches the LH front lower fore link to the knuckle, and then mark the nut with a paint
pen.180 Nm (132.7 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- 22 mm socket
- Ratchet/torque wrench

Check the torque for the nut to attach
the stabilizer bar link to the stabilizer bar, and then mark the nut with a paint
pen.98 Nm (72.3 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T40 bit
- 18 mm socket

Remove the bolt that attaches the LH
front rotor to the LH front hub.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Install the hub jack adapter onto the LH front hub and hand-tighten the lug nuts (x5).
- Position and raise the underhoist stand to simulate the suspension at ride height.
- Measure the distance between the bottom of the fender and the center of the front axle to make sure that the front suspension is set to ride height. The distance should measure 420mm.

Check the torque for the nut that
attaches the LH front strut to the LH front lower lateral link, and then mark the nut
with a paint pen.106 Nm (78.2 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 21 mm socket
- Remove the underhoist stand from underneath the LH front suspension.
- Remove the lug nuts (x5) that attach the hub jack adapter, and then remove the hub jack adapter from the vehicle.

Install the bolt that attaches the LH
front rotor to the LH front hub.5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Repeat step 7 through step 19 on the right side of the front suspension.

Check the torque for the nuts (x4)
that attaches the LH and RH front stabilizer bar to the front subframe, and then mark
the nuts with a paint pen.35 Nm (25.8 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 15 mm socket

Check the torque for the small nuts
(x2) that attach the rear of the LH and RH front subframe to the body, and then mark the
nuts with a paint pen.50 Nm (36.9 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 15 mm socket
- Torque wrench with angle measurement

Check the torque for the larger nuts
(x2) that attach the rear of the LH and RH front subframe to the body, and then mark the
nuts with a paint pen.125 Nm (92.2 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- SKT, 1/2" DR, SHALLOW, 21MM - 1115108-00-B
- Breaker bar
- Torque wrench with angle measurement

Check the torque for the nuts (x2)
that attach the front of the LH and RH front subframe to the body, and then mark the
nuts with a paint pen.72 Nm (53.1 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 18 mm socket
- Install the front fascia valance assembly. See Front Undertray - Valance Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).
- Install the front wheels. See Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).
