Remove
- Remove the DC link positive busbar from the fastcharge contactor. See Busbar - Fast Charge Contactor To Direct Current Busbar - Positive (Remove and Replace).

Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the lower fastcharge insulator to the fastcharge
contactor, and then remove the insulator from the vehicle.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- RATCHET, 0.25IN SQ DR, HV INSULATED
- SKT, 1/4" DR, E8 TORX EXTERNAL - 1115113-00-B
Install

Install the bolts (x3) that attach the lower fastcharge insulator to the fastcharge
contactor.
5.5 Nm (4.1 lbs-ft)NoteAlign the guide pins. Mark the bolts after torque.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- RATCHET, 0.25IN SQ DR, HV INSULATED
