Remove
- Remove the center console inner armrest. See Armrest - Inner - Center Console (Model Y Standard) (Remove and Replace).

Remove the screws (x4) that attach the
armrest hinge to the outer armrest.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 bit
- Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm

Release the datums (x4) that attach the armrest hinge to the outer armrest, and then
separate the outer armrest and the armrest hinge.
Install

Install the datums (x4) that attach the armrest hinge to the outer armrest.

Install the screws (x4) that attach the armrest hinge to the outer armrest.1.2 Nm (.9 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 bit
- Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm
- Install the center console inner armrest. See Armrest - Inner - Center Console (Model Y Standard) (Remove and Replace).
