Wrap Around - Instrument Panel (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the LH and RH upper A-Pillar trims. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  2. Use a plastic trim tool to gently release the clips (x16) and guide tabs (x9) that attach the speaker grille to the body.

    CAUTION
    Do not pull the grille too far away from the instrument panel, as the grille electrical connectors are still attached.

    CAUTION
    Take care of not damaging the instrument panel and the windshield.
  3. Disconnect the grille ambient light connectors (x2), and remove the grille from the vehicle.

Install

  1. Position the speaker grille to the vehicle, and connect the grille ambient light connectors (x2).

  2. Fasten the clips (x16) and guide tabs (x9) that attach the speaker grille to the body.

  3. Install the LH and RH upper A-Pillar trims. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
