Remove

With assistance, release the tabs and
remove the instrument panel upper carrier assembly from the vehicle. See Assembly - Instrument Panel - Upper (Remove and Install).

Release the clips (x4) and remove the cowl top insulator.
Install

Secure the cowl top insulator clips (x4).

Install the instrument panel upper
carrier to the vehicle. See Assembly - Instrument Panel - Upper (Remove and Install).
