Reuse

Remove

  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. See HVAC MODULE (Remove and Install).
  2. Remove the screws (x2) that attach the intake actuator to the HVAC assembly, and then disconnect the connector.

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 6 mm socket
    • Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm
  3. Lift up the fixing bracket and remove the intake actuator from the HVAC assembly.

Install

  1. Align the intake actuator shaft to the slot of the HVAC assembly, and then install the fixing bracket.
  2. Connect the connector, and then install the screws (x2) that attach the intake actuator to the HVAC assembly.
    1.25 Nm (.9 lbs-ft)
