- 2026-05-27: Updated the torque values of the nuts (x2) securing the front aero shield from 5 Nm to 8 Nm.

Remove
- Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2-Post Lift.

Remove the bolts (x7) that attach the
front aero shield panel to the vehicle.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- 4 in extension
- Cordless 1/4in Dr Ratchet
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench

Remove the nuts (x2) that attach the
front aero shield panel to the vehicle, and then remove the panel from the studs.
NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 15 mm deep socket
- 3 in extension
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
Replace

Install the front aero shield panel to
the underside of the vehicle, and then hand-tighten the nuts (x2) to temporarily hold
the panel in place.
- Apply a thin bead of Loctite 222 to the threads of the bolts (x7) that attach the front aero shield panel to the vehicle.

Hand-tighten the bolts (x7) that
attach the front aero shield panel to the vehicle.

Tighten the nuts (x2) that attach the
front aero shield panel to the vehicle.
8 Nm (5.9 lbs-ft)NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- 15 mm deep socket
- 3 in extension
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench

Tighten the bolts (x7) that attach the
front aero shield panel to the vehicle.
5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- 10 mm socket
- 4 in extension
- Cordless 1/4in Dr Ratchet
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
- Lower the vehicle fully, and remove the lift arms from under the vehicle.
