Remove

Release the push clip at the front end of the fender garnish.

Work from the front end to the rear end, release the clips (x11) and the
tab that secure the fender garnish, and then remove the garnish from the
vehicle.
Install

Work from the rear end to the front end, install the clips (x11) and the
tab that secure the fender garnish.

Install the push clip at the front end of the fender garnish.
