Remove
- Remove the center console armrest assembly. See 2.5 CONSOLE - ARMREST (Remove and Replace).

Release the clips that attach the inner armrest to the outer armrest.
NoteUse a trim tool and start from the top of the armrest to release the clips, then work towards the bottom.

Remove the screws (x4) that attach the
armrest hinge to the outer armrest, then remove the armrest hinge from the outer
armrest.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 bit
- Torque wrench with angle measurement
Install

Position the armrest hinge to the
outer armrest, and then install the screws (x4) that attach the armrest hinge to the
outer armrest.1.2 Nm (.9 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 bit
- Torque wrench with angle measurement
- Align the locator pins, and then engage the clips that attach the inner armrest to the outer armrest.
- Install the center console armrest assembly. See 2.5 CONSOLE - ARMREST (Remove and Replace).
