Remove
- Remove the LH lower A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the LH footwell cover. See Hush Panel - Footwell - Driver (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the LH front console side panel. See Side Panel - Front - Center Console - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
- Fold the LH front cabin carpet rearward.
-
Pry the foam plug out to gain access
to the LH front inner HV battery bolts.
- Remove the LH 2nd row seat bolts (x4) and adjust the seat to prepare for removing. See Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Install).
- Repeat step 1 through 6 for the RH side.
- Place the vehicle in Service Mode by using the touchscreen. See Service Mode.
- Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).

On the touchscreen, tap the Service
Mode "wrench" (at the bottom of the touchscreen UI), and then tap , enter
1
to the Coolant fill field and0
in the Refrigerant fill field, then click Run, and allow the routine to complete.NoteThe "Thermal Fill/Drain" routine has a 5-hour limit. Perform the routine again after 5 hours. - Disconnect the LV battery power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
- Remove the air intake duct. See Duct - Air Intake (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the LH and RH 2nd row seats. See Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Install).
- Remove the 3rd row LH seat bolster. See Bolster - Seat Cushion - 3rd Row - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the 3rd row RH seat bolster. See Bolster - Seat Cushion - 3rd Row - RH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).

Open the carpet openings below the
rear of the LH and RH front seats to access the middle inner HV battery bolts.

- 16 mm socket

Remove the rear cabin carpet harness
clips (x2) and fold the carpet to gain access to the rear inner HV battery bolts.
NotePull out the carpet from the side trunk trim on both sides. When remove, please make sure to thread the harness of the 2nd row seats through the carpet.

Remove the clips (x2) that attach the
2nd row LH and RH seat harness to the ancillary bay.
-
Remove the front inner HV battery
bolts (x4).
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx Plus EP20 socket
-
Remove the rear inner HV battery bolts
(x2).
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 16 mm socket
-
Remove the rear outer HV battery bolts
(x2).
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 15 mm socket
- Remove the LH and RH rocker carriers. See Rocker Carrier - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).

Remove and discard the butyl patches
(x4) that cover the LH and RH rocker access holes, and use IPA wipes to clean excess
butyl from the area.
- Install the lift pad adapters (x4) onto the lift, and then raise the vehicle with the battery removal lift.
-
Set the multimeter to measure voltage,
and then measure the voltage across the LV auxiliary battery terminals.
CAUTIONIf the voltage across the battery terminals is less than 13 volts or greater than 16 volts, the multimeter is not measuring reliably and must not be used.
- Remove the mid aero shield. See Aero Shield - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the rear skid plate. See Skid Plate - Rear (Remove and Replace).

Perform the vehicle HV disablement
procedure. See Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure (Model YL) (Maintenance).
NoteContinue to perform the current procedure after verifying that no high voltage is present at the rear drive unit HV header.
- Lower the vehicle to a comfortable working height and set the lift onto locks.
-
Release the LH body harness from the
rear body and move it aside.
-
Remove the bolt that secures the
busbar cover access door.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
-
Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the
charge port busbar kit to the HV header.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
-
Lift the busbar kit connector to
remove it from the HV header.
NoteUse an inflatable air bag to suspend the busbar away from the HV header during removal and installation. Hold the busbar firmly as there is tension on it. Avoid damaging the harness bracket.
-
Disconnect the AC chargeport inlet
harness from the HV header.
NoteRelease the red locking tab and rotate the lever arm to release.
- Remove the leather over gloves and the HV insulating gloves.
-
Disconnect the HVC logic connector and
install the logic cap.
NoteRelease the locking tab then push the handle downward to release the connector.
-
Release the positive LV output cover
from the PCS2 lite cable.
-
Remove the nut that attaches the PCS2
lite cable to the LV passthrough output.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm deep socket
-
Remove the nut that attaches the DCDC
ground busbar to the HV battery.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm deep socket
-
Gently lift the DCDC ground busbar
upward.
NoteDon't bend excessively.
- Remove the front aero shield. See Aero Shield - Front (Remove and Replace).
-
Remove the clips (x2) that attach the
LH and RH wheel liners to the body, and then use bungee cord to secure the wheel liners
to the subframe.

- Put on the HV insulating gloves and the leather over gloves.

Disconnect the AC compressor HV
harness connector from the HV Ancillary harness.
NoteThe connector is a 3-stage locking connector. Disengage the red locking tab by pulling it away from the connector, then depress yellow tab and pull the connector backward, and then depress the green tab to release.
-
Remove the bolt that attaches the
front drive unit HV harness to the front drive unit.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
-
Release the front drive unit HV
harness connector.
NoteRelease the red locking tab and rotate the release lever up to disengage the connector. Do not force the release lever up. Ensure the alignment tabs on the front drive unit header are not damaged.
-
Release the front drive unit HV
harness from the casting and move it aside.
- Remove the leather over gloves and the HV insulating gloves.
-
Remove the front drive unit ground
strap bolt from the HV battery.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Ratcheting Combination wrench Flex head 10mm
-
Perform the platter enclosure coolant
leak test. See Platter Enclosure Coolant Drain (Model Y L) (Test/Adjust).
NoteContinue to perform the current procedure after the coolant is completely drained.
-
Release the coolant cart drain hose
from the fitting on the HV battery return hose.
-
Disconnect the coolant drain fitting
from the HV battery return hose, and then plug the ends of fittings as soon as possible
to avoid coolant loss.
-
Release the coolant pressure tester
from the pressure fitting on the HV battery front manifold hose.
-
Disconnect the coolant pressure tester
from the HV battery front manifold hose, and plug the coolant connections as
needed.
- Position the coolant drain container underneath the RH front of HV battery.
-
Release the spring clip to disconnect
the front drive unit inverter inlet hose from the rear powertrain return hose, and then
plug the ends of fittings as soon as possible to avoid coolant loss.
NoteIf the battery is returned to Reman, remove the special tool plugs.
-
Release the spring clip to disconnect
the powertrain supply hose, and then plug the ends of fittings as soon as possible to
avoid coolant loss.
NoteCoolant loss greater than 1L requires vacuum fill.
- Position the coolant drain container under the LH rear of the vehicle.
-
Release the spring clip to disconnect
the LH coolant hose from the rear of the HV battery, and then plug the ends of fittings
as soon as possible to avoid coolant loss.
NoteIf the battery is returned to Reman, please remove the special tool plug.
-
Disconnect the rear drive unit
inverter inlet hose from the PCS outlet hose coupling, and then plug the ends of
fittings as soon as possible to avoid coolant loss.
NoteThe connection is located at the LH rear of the HV Battery.NoteCoolant loss greater than 1L requires vacuum fill.NoteIf the battery is returned to Reman, remove the special tool plugs.
-
Connect the 90-degree coolant drain
and fill adapter to the PCS2 Lite outlet hose coupling at the LH rear of the HV battery,
ensuring the locking clip is fully seated and the valve is open (inline with the
adapter).
-
Connect the coolant hose extension to
the coolant drain and fill adapter by pressing the hose end onto the adapter until it
clicks into place.
-
Connect the coolant hose extension to
the coolant drain hose.
NoteUse caution as coolant may spill, and ensure you wear safety glasses.
-
Place the coolant drain container
underneath the RH rear of the HV battery.
-
Disconnect the rear powertrain supply
hose from the PCS2 Lite inlet hose coupling at the RH rear of the HV battery by
releasing the spring clip, then plug both the hose and coupling with 2 plugs once
disconnected.
Note
- Coolant loss greater than 1 L will require vacuum fill.
- Remove the special tool plugs if returning the battery to Reman.
-
Connect the coolant leak test adapter
to the PCS2 Lite inlet hose coupling at the RH rear of the HV battery, remove the rubber
plug from the coupler if installed, and ensure the locking clip is fully seated.
-
Connect the coolant leak test fixture
hose to the leak test adapter.
NoteHand-tighten the hose connection; no tool is required for tightening.
-
Remove the coolant drain container
from underneath the vehicle.
-
Connect compressed air to the coolant
pressure tester, ensuring all valves on the pressure regulator are closed.
-
Open the RH regulator valve and slowly
adjust the regulator to 50 psi.
NoteUse caution as coolant may spill, and ensure you wear safety glasses.
-
Open the LH regulator valve
slowly.
NoteUse caution as coolant may spill, and ensure you wear safety glasses.
- Wait at least 2 minutes for the coolant to completely drain.
-
Close the RH regulator valve.
-
Disconnect compressed air from the
coolant pressure tester.
-
Disconnect the coolant leak test
adapter from the PCS2 Lite inlet hose coupling by releasing the spring clip at the RH
rear of the HV battery, while keeping the leak test fixture inlet hose connected to the
adapter.
-
Disconnect the coolant drain and fill
adapter from the PCS2 Lite outlet hose coupling by releasing the spring clip at the LH
rear of the HV battery, while keeping the extension hose attached to the adapter.
-
Connect the coolant leak test adapter
with the coolant leak test fixture hose to the PCS2 Lite outlet hose coupling by
securing the spring clip at the LH rear of the HV battery, ensuring the locking tab is
fully seated.
-
Connect the coolant drain and fill
adapter with the extension hose to the PCS2 Lite inlet hose coupling by securing the
spring clip at the RH rear of the HV battery, ensuring the locking tab is fully
seated.
- Repeat step 72 to 77 to drain the coolant.
-
Disconnect the coolant hose extension
from the coolant drain hose by pressing the gray button to release the hose
fitting.
-
Disconnect the coolant hose extension
from the coolant drain and fill adapter by pressing the gray button to release the hose
fitting.
-
Disconnect the coolant drain hose
adapter from the PCS2 Lite inlet hose coupling by releasing the spring clip, and install
a plug on the inlet hose coupling once disconnected.
NoteRemove the special tool plugs if returning the battery to Reman.
-
Disconnect the coolant leak test
fixture hose from the leak test adapter.
-
Disconnect the coolant leak test
adapter from the PCS2 Lite outlet hose coupling using by releasing the spring clip, and
install a plug on the outlet hose coupling once disconnected.
NoteRemove the special tool plugs if returning the battery to Reman.
- Position the coolant drain container underneath the RH rear of the HV battery.
-
Release the spring clip to disconnect
the coolant outlet hose from the rear return hose, and then plug the ends of fittings as
soon as possible to avoid coolant loss.
NoteUse shop towel to clean any residue coolant inside the RH rocker panel if necessary.NoteCoolant loss greater than 1L requires vacuum fill.NoteIf the battery is returned to Reman, remove the special tool plugs.
- Remove the coolant drain container from underneath the vehicle.
-
Position the support stand to support
the front portion of the rear subframe.
- Remove the LH shear plate. See Shear Plate - Rear Subframe - LH (Remove and Replace).
-
Hand-tighten the bolt (21 mm) that
attaches the LH side of the rear subframe to the body.
- Repeat step 92 and 93 for the RH side.
- Remove the support stand from under the vehicle.
-
With assistance, place the HV battery
table into position and lower the vehicle to support the HV battery.
NoteLine up the table so that the center 4 bolts are accessible through the opening of the table. Adjust the final battery table position using adjustable caster jacks on the table.
-
Remove the center bolts (x4) that
secure the HV battery center ski cover.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- External Torx Plus EP14
-
Remove the bolts (x8) that attach the
LH and RH front support brackets to the vehicle.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 1/2 inch socket wrench hexagon short SKTWRNCH-1/2IN-SHORT-HEX-WS16 ZEBRA
-
Remove the LH and RH bolts (x18) that
attach the HV battery to the vehicle.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm socket
- With assistance, raise the vehicle free of the HV battery, and then remove the battery from under the vehicle.
- Remove the ancillary bay cover. See Cover - Ancillary Bay (Model YL) (Remove and Install).

Install the HVC logic cap.
-
Inspect the ancillary bay for any
missing insulators, and install the service insulator kit.
- Remove the pyro disconnect. See Pyro Disconnect - HV Battery (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the service insulator kit.
-
Remove the HVC logic cap.
- Install the ancillary bay cover back to the old HV battery. See Cover - Ancillary Bay (Model YL) (Remove and Install).
-
Use zip ties to attach the old pyro disconnect to the ancillary bay cover volcano
brackets and add tape as shown. Install a piece of paper roll under the pyro
disconnect.
NoteIf the ancillary bay cover is not equipped with volcano brackets, attach the pyro disconnect to the RH rear corner of the HV Battery,

Remove the powertrain supply tube from the RH side of the HV battery.
NoteRemove the plugs from each end of the hose and allow coolant to fully drain if discarding.
-
Remove the powertrain return tube from the RH side of the HV battery.
NoteRemove the plugs from each end of the hose and allow coolant to fully drain if discarding.
-
Attach the HV battery H-frame to the gantry and raise into position.
NoteAdjust the gantry to the EF1 position.
- With assistance, position the old HV battery under the gantry.
-
Lower the H-frame onto the HV battery and hand-tight the bolts (x6) (8mm) that attach
the H-frame to the battery.
- Raise the HV battery off of the battery table.
- Position the gantry over the pallet, and lower the HV battery onto the ballet.
- Remove the bolts (x6) (8mm) that attach the H-frame to the battery.
- Raise the gantry and the H-frame from the old HV battery.
Install
-
With assistance, open the new HV battery pack crate top housing.
NoteConfirm the part number specific to the vehicle configuration.
-
Remove the nuts (x4) (15mm) that attach the new HV battery to the crate.
-
Position the gantry over the new HV battery crate and hand-tighten the bolts (x6)
(8mm) that attach the H-frame to the new HV battery.
- Lift the new HV battery out of the crate.
- With assistance, move the gantry away from the HV battery crate and over the HV battery table.
-
With assistance, lower the HV battery onto the battery table.
NoteMake sure to align the HV battery center ski to the hole on the table.
- Remove the bolts (x6) (8mm) that attach the H-frame to the new HV battery, and raise the gantry.
- With assistance, remove the new HV battery from under the gantry, and position the old HV battey under the gantry.
-
Lower the H-frame onto the old HV battery and hand-tighten the bolts (x6) (8mm) that
attach the H-frame to the old HV battery.
- Raise the old HV battery to the above height of the HV battery crate, and remove the pallet.
- Position the HV battery crate underneath the old HV battery.
-
Lower the old HV battery into the crate.
NoteUse caution to align the 4 studs and do not damage the battery.
- Remove the bolts (x6) (8mm) that attach the H-frame to the old HV battery.
- Raise the gantry and the H-frame from the old HV battery.
- Lower the gantry and remove the HV battery H-frame from the gantry.
-
Hand-tighten the nuts (x4) (15mm) that attach the old HV battery to the crate.
- With assistance, close the HV battery pack crate top housing.
-
Install the HVC logic cap onto the new
HV battery.
-
Install the powertrain supply tube to the RH side of the HV battery.
NoteThe return tube is at the upper hose location.NoteIn some regions, this hose might have been pre-installed.
-
Connect the rear powertrain supply hose to the PCS inlet hose coupling.
NoteThe connection is located at the RH rear of the HV Battery.NotePerform a push-pull-push test to make sure that the hose is fully secured.NoteCoolant loss greater than 1L requires vacuum fill.
-
Install the powertrain return tube to the RH side of the HV battery.
NoteIn some regions, this hose might have been pre-installed.
-
If not equipped, install a new
ancillary bay engagement seal to the HV battery pack.
-
Wipe HV ancillary bay wall with IPA to clean surface and allow to 1 minute dry
time.
-
Install new NVH foam pad onto HV battery.
NoteWhen pasting the new foam pad, align the top edge flush with the upper part of the ancillary bay housing, and align both sides with the outer bolt holes at each end of the HV battery edge. After pasting, use a roller to press the foam pad to ensure it is securely attached.
-
Install the HV battery alignment rods
(x4).
NoteInstall 2 rods to the body at the front of the vehicle. Install the other 2 rods to the battery near the ancillary bay.
- With assistance, position the HV battery under the vehicle.
-
With assistance, lower the vehicle
onto the HV battery and align the holes to the rods.
NoteWhen installing the HV battery, ensure that the coolant hoses and the HV cable at the back of the HV battery are not stuck. Be careful not to damage the coolant hoses and the HV cable.NoteDo not fully lower the vehicle onto the battery (this will help with installing the battery bolts).

Hand-tighten the LH and RH bolts (x18)
that attach the HV battery to the vehicle.
NoteEnsure smooth thread engagement. Do not over tighten the bolts, they will be torqued at later.
- Remove the HV battery alignment rods.
-
Hand-tighten the rear inner HV battery
bolts (x2).
-
Hand-tighten the rear outer HV battery
bolts (x2).
-
Hand-tighten the LH and RH middle
inner HV battery bolts (x2).

Use cordless impact to set the bolts
(x8) that attach the LH and RH front support brackets to the vehicle.
NoteDo not torque it now.

Use cordless impact to set the center
bolts (x4) that secure the HV battery center ski cover.
NoteMake sure the thread engagement is smooth and the bolts are not cross threaded into casting. Flush down the bolts. Do not over tighten the bolts, they will be torqued at later.
- With assistance, lower the vehicle onto the pack completely.

Torque the LH and RH bolts (x18) that
attach the HV battery to the vehicle.

Torque the center bolts (x4) that
secure the HV battery center ski cover.

With assistance, raise the vehicle to
a comfortable work height, and lower the lift onto locks, then remove the battery table
from under the vehicle.
CAUTION
Make sure there is an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise the vehicle may tilt to one side.
Make sure that the doors are clear of surrounding objects.

Position the support stand to support
the front portion of the rear subframe.
-
Remove and discard the bolt (21 mm)
that attaches the LH side of the rear subframe to the body.
- Install the LH shear plate. See Shear Plate - Rear Subframe - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Repeat step 42 and 43 for the RH side.
- Remove the support stand from under the vehicle.
- Put on the HV insulating gloves and the leather over gloves.

Connect the rear drive unit HV cable
to the HV battery.
NoteMake sure the connector lock is 90 degrees from the connector before beginning to secure the connector. Use one hand to support the connector while the other latching the locking tab. Once installed, verify that the latch is not damaged and is fully secured in the latched position.

Install the nut that attaches the rear
drive unit HV cable bracket to the HV battery.

Connect the AC compressor HV harness
connector to the HV Ancillary harness.
NoteThe connector is a 3-stage locking connector. After the connector is seated and there is an audible click, engage the second lock by pressing towards the connector. And then engage the locking tab.

Install the front drive unit HV
harness to the casting.
NoteInstall the HV connector lever lock to the front drive unit HV cable connector.
-
Connect the front drive unit HV
harness connector.
NoteAlign the connector to the front drive unit, then remove the HV connector lever lock before fully latching the connector. Use one hand to support the connector while the other latching the locking tab. Once installed, verify that the latch is not damaged and is fully secured in the latched position.

Install the bolt that attaches the
front drive unit HV harness to the front drive unit.

- Position the coolant drain container underneath the RH rear of the HV battery.

Remove the plugs on the ends of
fittings, and then secure the spring clip to connect the coolant outlet hose to the rear
return hose.

Install the clip that attaches the
coolant hoses to the RH shear plate.
- Position the coolant drain container under the LH rear of the vehicle.

Remove the plugs on the ends of
fittings, and then connect the rear drive unit inverter inlet hose to the PCS outlet
hose coupling.

coolant hoses to the LH shear plate.
- Remove the coolant drain container from underneath the vehicle.

- Install the mid aero shield. See Aero Shield - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Position the coolant drain container underneath the LH front of the HV battery.

to the chiller to battery hose.

Secure the clip to install the chiller
to battery hose to the body.

Release the LH and RH wheel liners
from the subframe, and then install the clips (x2) that attach the wheel liners to the
body.

Install new butyl patches (x4)
(1120356-00-A) to cover the LH and RH rocker access holes, and use IPA wipes to clean
excess butyl from the area.
NoteThe butyl patches need to be cut to the required size, roughly 2" x 2 1/2".NoteApply pressure along each patch to verify it is fully secured to the body.
- Install the LH and RH rocker carriers. See Rocker Carrier - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).

Gently press down the DCDC ground
busbar upward.

Install a new nut that attaches the
DCDC ground busbar to the HV battery.

PCS2 lite cable to the LV passthrough output.

Install the positive LV output cover
to the PCS2 lite cable.

Remove the logic cap and connect the
HVC logic connector.
NoteAlign the connector and then pull the handle to the locking position to get the connector fully seated.
- Put on the HV insulating gloves and the leather over gloves.

Use IPA wipes to clean the HV
connector contact surface of residual Penetrox, and allow 1 minute to dry.
NoteNew busbar comes with penetrox applied to the HV connector.

Use IPA wipes to clean the busbar HV
connector contact surface of residual Penetrox, and allow 1 minute to dry.
NoteIt is necessary to clean the HV connector during the re-use of the busbar.

Apply 2 drops of Penetrox A-13 about
5mm in diameter to either side of the hole on both leads of each HV connector joints,
and then spread evenly to verify the contact surface is fully covered.
- Remove the inflatable air bag from under the HV header.
-
Position the busbar kit connector to
the HV header.
NoteShift the rear end of the busbar assembly upward to help ease installation. If excessive force is required to seat the busbars, they may have been bent. Inspect for damage and replace if necessary.

Install the bolts (x2) that attach the
charge port busbar kit to the HV header.

Perform Hioki resistance test at each
HV joint from the HV busbar lead to the bolt head.
- If the resistance is between 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ) and 0.195 mΩ (195 μΩ), Hioki test passed, proceed to next step.
- If the resistance is greater than 0.195 mΩ (195 μΩ), stop work and escalate the Toolbox session.
- If the resistance is lower than 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), reposition the probes and measure again. If the resistance is repeatedly between 0.00 mΩ and 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), Hioki test passed, proceed to next step.

Remove the bolt that secures the
busbar cover access door.

Connect the AC chargeport inlet
harness to the HV header.
NoteRotate the lever arm and secure the locking tab.

Return the rear cabin carpet assembly
to its original position.
NoteWhen installing, first thread the seat wire harness through the carpet, and then insert the carpet under the trunk side trim on both sides.

Install the rear cabin carpet harness
clips (x2).

Torque the LH and RH middle inner HV

Connect the first responder loop and leave the LV battery disconnected.
- Connect an LV battery maintainer. See LV Maintainer (Connect and Disconnect) (Maintenance).
- Locally connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See Toolbox (Connect and Disconnect).
- On the touchscreen, tap the Service Mode "wrench" (at the bottom of the touchscreen UI), and then tap , and allow the routine to complete.

Note
- The routine will last for a while after the stop message displays. The coolant pumps are audible.
- The test lasts for approximately 10 mins. Do not start another routine during this time.
- Make sure that the vehicle is not in Drive. Putting the vehicle into Drive will stop this routine.
- The speed in the test varies from 3500-6500 RPM (idle speed = ~1500 RPM) and the actuated valve varies between SERIES and PARALLEL.
- If the speed hovers at 7000 RPM, it indicates the pumps are air locked. Perform the vacuum fill again. Continue to add the coolant and purge until the coolant level reaches between the NOM and MAX Lines on the bottle.
- Disconnect the laptop.
- Finish installing the LH and RH 2nd row seats. See Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Install).

Install the front inner HV battery
bolts (x4).
136 Nm (100.3 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- Torx Plus EP20 socket
- Restore the LH front cabin carpet and the foam plug under it.
- Install the LH footwell cover. See Hush Panel - Footwell - Driver (Remove and Replace).
- Install the LH front console side panel. See Side Panel - Front - Center Console - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
- Install the LH lower A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
- Repeat step 117 through 120 for the RH side.
- Disconnect the LV battery maintainer and connect the LV battery.
- After the coolant air purge routine is finished, inspect the coolant level and top off as necessary, and then install the coolant bottle cap.
- On the touchscreen, press and hold the Exit Service Mode button to exit Service Mode Plus.
- Install the air intake duct. See Duct - Air Intake (Remove and Replace).
