Motor - Recliner - 3rd Row (Model YL) (Remove and Install)

Remove

  1. Remove the recliner shaft from the seat back frame. See Shaft - Recliner - 3rd Row (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the bolt that attaches the recliner motor to the seat back frame, and then release the location tab and remove the motor.
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T30 socket

Install

  1. Position the recliner motor to the seat back frame and secure the location tab, and then install the bolt that attaches the motor to the frame.
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T30 socket
  2. Install the recliner shaft from the seat back frame. See Shaft - Recliner - 3rd Row (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
