Remove
- Disconnect the LV battery power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).

Remove the upper camera cover
assembly. See QUAD CAM CVR UPR (Remove and Replace).
NoteIt is not necessary to remove the interior camera from the upper camera cover.
- Disconnect the humidity and temperature sensor connector.

Remove the screws (x2) that attach the
humidity and temperature sensor to the windshield bracket, and then remove the sensor
from the vehicle.
NoteTake care of not dropping the screws.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- PRECISION PHILLIPS #00
- Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm
- Prepare then put on an ESD wrist strap. See Electrostatic Discharge Tooling.

Remove the graphene foam block from
the temperature and humidity sensor.
NoteIf needed, apply heat to area around the adhesive and gently lift the block up with tweezers.
Install
- Use IPA wipes to clean the area where the foam of the new humidity and temperature sensor will be installed, and allow 1 minute to dry.
- Use tweeters to install a new graphene foam block (1110914-00-D) onto the temperature and humidity sensor.
- Remove the ESD wrist strap.

Remove the foam backing, and then
install the humidity and temperature sensor to the vehicle.
NoteMake sure that the windshield is completely dry and clean.

Install the screws (x2) that attach the humidity and temperature sensor to the

- PRECISION PHILLIPS #00
- Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10Nm - 2.0Nm
- Connect the humidity and temperature sensor connector.
- Install the upper camera cover assembly. See QUAD CAM CVR UPR (Remove and Replace).
- Connect the LV battery power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
