RT ANGLED POWER OUTLET 12V (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Disconnect LV battery and First Responder Loop. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
  2. Release top LH trunk side trim clips (x4).
  3. Insert inflatable air bag into the gap.
  4. Release angled power outlet 12v connector.

    Note
    Press and pull, to avoid pulling connector by wiring.
  5. Release angled power outlet 12v female connector from LH trunk side trim.
  6. Open angled power outlet 12v cover.
  7. Remove angled power outlet 12v assembly.

    Note
    Push angled power outlet 12v while simultaneously pull upper mount tab then do the same to clear bottom mount tab. Once cleared successfully the whole assembly will come out smoothly.

Install

  1. Install angled power outlet 12v assembly.

    Note
    Insert connector first then attach mount followed by power outlet itself, push power outlet with cover facing upwards and assembly will secure in place,and ensure fitment is adequate.
  2. Close angled power outlet 12v cover.
  3. Secure angled power outlet 12v female connector from LH trunk side trim.
  4. Secure angled power outlet 12v connector.
  5. Remove inflatable air bag from the gap.
  6. Secure top LH trunk side trim clip back to original position.
  7. Connect LV battery and First Responder Loop. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
