Remove
- Remove the 2nd row armrest. See Armrest - 2nd Row (5-Seat) (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the 2nd row 20 lumbar bun. See Lumbar Bun - Center - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the center seatback pivot clamps. See Pivot Clamp - Center Seatback - 2nd Row (5-Seat) (Remove and Replace).

Remove the 2nd row closeout assembly
from the 2nd row 20 seat frame.

Remove the clips (x5) that attach the
seatback closeout to the seat frame.
Install

Install the new clips (x5) that attach
the seatback closeout to the seat frame.

Install second row closeout assembly
from 2nd row 20 seat frame.
