1. Park vehicle on a flat level surface

   

2. Mark Center line on wall
   Note

   Project a laser perpendicular to wall onto center point of vehicle, then mark a center-line on wall

   

   

3. Apply tape to floor 25' (7.6m) from wall

   

4. Measure distance from center of both front wheels to wall
   Note

   If equal, this ensures vehicle is perpendicular to wall, If not equal, re-position vehicle accordingly, maximum difference between left and right is 3 mm

   

   

   

   

5. Create horizontal wall marker
   Note

   Apply tape to wall 30.5" (78 cm) from ground

   

6. Create vertical wall markers
   Note

   Measure 31." (79cm) from the center line and apply vertical tape on both sides of center-line

   

7. Identify and tape center location of vehicle
   Note

   Using the front camera as a guide, apply a piece of tape going vertically to signify center

   

8. Open LH front door

   

9. Lower LH front window

   

10. Run ODIN routine PROC_ICE_X_ENTER-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox: (link)
11. Enter headlight aiming mode through UI
    Note

    via Controls > Service > Adjust Headlights

    

12. Completely cover RH headlight

    

13. Adjust LH headlight
    Note

    Select "Left" then use left scroll wheel on steering wheel to adjust beam level, Adjust LH headlight horizontal and vertical beam to align with left L-shaped indicator on the screen, Adjust vertical aim to align with "A" and "B", Do not sit in vehicle as this will affect headlamp height

    

    

    

    

14. Remove cover from RH headlight and completely cover LH headlight

    

15. Adjust RH headlight
    Note

    Select "Right" then use left scroll wheel on steering wheel to adjust beam level, Adjust RH headlight horizontal and vertical beam to align with right L-shaped indicator on the screen, Adjust vertical aim to align with "A" and "B", Do not sit in vehicle as this will affect headlamp height

    

    

    

    

16. Exit headlight adjustment mode from center display
    Note

    Select X located at top left of display

    

17. Run ODIN routine PROC_ICE_X_EXIT-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox: (link)
18. Remove cover from LH headlight

    

19. Raise LH front window

    

20. Close LH front door
