  • RATCHET, 1/4" DR, M12, BARE TOOL
  • T25 TORX
  • TORQ WRNCH,DIG+ANG,1/4"DR,FIXHD,1.5~30Nm
 Replace

Remove

  1. Remove the cooling fan module. See Cooling Fan Module (Remove and Replace).
  2. Release the tabs (x3), bolts (X3),clip and hook that attach the fan to the fan shroud.
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • RATCHET, 1/4" DR, M12, BARE TOOL
    • T25 TORX
    • TORQ WRNCH,DIG+ANG,1/4"DR,FIXHD,1.5~30Nm

Install

  1. Install the tabs (x3), bolts (X3), clip and hook that attach the fan to the fan shroud.
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • RATCHET, 1/4" DR, M12, BARE TOOL
    • T25 TORX
    • TORQ WRNCH,DIG+ANG,1/4"DR,FIXHD,1.5~30Nm
  2. Install the cooling fan module. See Cooling Fan Module (Remove and Replace).
