  1. Raise and support vehicle

  2. Open LH front door
  3. Lower LH front window
  4. Open hood
  5. Remove rear apron

  6. Remove HEPA filter assembly

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, Pivot rear edge up past brake reservoir then lift up to clear frunk assembly
  7. Remove frunk access panel

  8. Remove bolts securing frunk to vehicle

  9. Remove frunk from vehicle

    4x clips, 3x tabs, 2x trim clips, Replace any clips if broken or missing
  10. Power off vehicle from center display

    Via Controls > Safety > Power off, Select "Power Off" button at warning dialogue box
  11. Disconnect LV battery and first responder loop

    2x connectors, Release green locking tab, Press black tab then pull black connector lock outwards to release connection, Release red lock tab on FRL, Allow 2 minutes for all electrical circuits to fully discharge
  12. Place absorbent material underneath brake lines and brake fluid reservoir to catch any fluid lost
  13. Clean area around brake fluid reservoir and remove brake reservoir cap
  14. Remove brake fluid from brake reservoir

  15. Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of locks on both sides before lowering, Otherwise vehicle may tilt to side
  16. Remove front aero shield

  17. Remove RCU lower fastener

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm
  18. Lower vehicle until tires are touching ground

    Raise lift off locks, Then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
  19. Disconnect the HVIL connector from the LH shock tower, and then release the shock tower fir tree clip for that harness branch.
  20. Tuck the HVIL harness branch between the A/C compressor pipes, as pictured.
  21. Remove bolts securing shock tower brace to shock tower

  22. Support the LH side of the shock tower brace

  23. Place an absorbent mat under the RCU to catch any brake fluid spills when the brake lines are released in the following steps.
  24. Release brake fluid reservoir return line

    1x locking clip, depress the two sides and pull upwards, there will be minimal excess brake fluid that will be released
  25. Release master cylinder secondary pipe from RCU

  26. Remove master cylinder primary pine from RCU

  27. Remove brake lines to front calipers

  28. Disconnect RCU ecu

  38. Loosely Install bolts securing shock tower brace to shock tower

  66. Remove LH front caliper inner bleed valve cover then install fluid catcher

  69. When the routine finishes, torque the LH front caliper bleed valve, and then remove fluid catcher.

  101. Install frunk to vehicle

  105. Install rear apron

  106. Close hood
  107. Raise LH front window

  109. Remove vehicle from lift
