1. Raise and support vehicle
   Note

   Ensure vehicle is not charging, Remove charging cable if it's plugged in

   

   

   

2. Remove LH front wheel cap
   Note

   1x cap, Use tool to gently pull the center wheel cap to release the clips, Wheels may be equipped with different caps

   

3. Loosen LH front wheel nuts
   Note

   5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

   

4. Raise vehicle partially and lower lift onto locks
   Note

   Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, Otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side

   

   

5. Remove LH front wheel
   Note

   5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

   

6. Place wheel on tire machine and secure
   Note

   1x wheel clamp

   

7. Remove valve stem cap
   Note

   1x cap

   

8. Remove valve stem core
   Note

   Exercise caution as tire rapidly deflates, wear appropriate PPE

   

9. Rotate tire and wheel so that upper roller is 100mm in front of the valve

   

10. Break top tire bead
    Note

    Use lubrication around tire and wheel

    

11. Use upper roller to press upper bead down until valve stem is accessible

    

12. Remove rubber valve stem
    Note

    Cut base of valve stem flush with underside of wheel, Attach valve stem puller to valve stem then pull upwards to release, Discard after removal

    

    

13. Install rubber valve stem
    Note

    Remove cap, Position rubber valve stem to wheel, Thread on valve stem installation tool until threads fully engaged, Pivot installation tool over edge of wheel ensuring rubber pad is contacting wheel lip then push downwards to secure valve stem, Ensure valve stem is fully seated against inside of wheel, Remove installation tool once secured

    

    

    

    

14. Release upper roller and allow top bead to seat against wheel

    

15. Remove valve stem core
    Note

    Exercise caution as tire rapidly deflates, wear appropriate PPE

    

16. Inflate the tire to seat the bead
    Note

    Do not exceed the pressure indicated on the tire sidewall, Wear PPE

    

17. Install valve stem

    

18. Remove wheel from tire mounting machine

    

19. Install LH front wheel
    Note

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool

    

20. Lower vehicle until tires are touching ground
    Note

    Raise lift off locks, Then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

    

    

    

21. Torque LH front wheel nuts
    Note

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

    

22. Install LH front wheel cap
    Note

    1x cap, Align valve stem with wheel cap cavity, Wheels may be equipped with different caps

    

23. Remove vehicle from lift
    Note

    Lower rack arms fully and remove from under vehicle
