Remove
- Remove the LH front wheel. See Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).

Install the wheel onto the tire machine.

Remove the valve stem cap, remove the valve core, and allow the tire to
deflate.
WarningThe tire will rapidly deflate. Wear proper PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves.

Prepare and loosen the upper tire bead.

Remove and discard the rubber valve stem.
- Cut the base of the rubber valve stem flush with the underside of the wheel.
- Attach the valve stem puller to the valve stem and pull upwards to remove it; discard after removal.
- Inspect and clear any debris from the removal process.
Replace

Install a new rubber valve stem.
- Remove the cap from the valve stem.
- Position the rubber valve stem on the wheel and thread the installation tool onto it until fully engaged.
- Pivot the tool over the wheel edge, ensuring the rubber pad contacts the lip.
- Push downwards to secure the stem and ensure the stem is fully seated against the inside of the wheel.
- Remove the installation tool once secured.

Release the upper roller to allow the top bead to seat properly against the
wheel.

Remove the valve stem core, inflate the tire to seat the bead, then reinstall the
valve stem core and secure the cap.
NoteDo not exceed the pressure indicated on the tire sidewall and wear PPE.

Remove the wheel from the tire machine.
