Warning
Seat base edges are sharp and can cause personal injury. Wear cut resistant gloves when removing the seat from the vehicle, and while performing procedures that involve work on or near the seat base.

Remove

  1. Remove the driver seat back lumbar support. See 1st Row Power Lumbar Seatback - LH (Model YL) (Remove and Install).
    Note
    During removal, certain steps require extra care. See the animation(s) for detailed guidance.
  2. Release the tabs (x2) of the driver seat back plastic insulator, and then pull the insulator downward to remove it from the driver seat back frame.
