Tail Lights - Lamp - Center High Mount Stop Light (Model YL) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the spoiler access panel. See Tail Lights - Lamp - Spoiler Access Panel (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the screws (x4) that attach the center high mount stop light to the spoiler assembly.
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T25 socket
  3. Release the locator pins (x4) that attach the center high mount stop light to the spoiler assembly, and then remove the light from the spoiler assembly.

Install

  1. Position the center high mount stop light to the spoiler assembly, and then install the locator pins (x4) that attach the light to the spoiler assembly.
  2. Install the screws (x4) that attach the center high mount stop light to the spoiler assembly.
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T25 socket
  3. Install the spoiler access panel. See Tail Lights - Lamp - Spoiler Access Panel (Model YL) (Remove and Replace).
