Remove

  1. Open all four doors.
  2. Move LH front seat forward.

    Adjust seat back if needed to avoid contacting headliner.
  3. Lower all four windows.
  4. Move RH front seat forward.

    Adjust seatback if needed to avoid contacting headliner.
  5. Fold 2nd row 60 seatback down.
  6. Remove center seatback headrest.

    Note
    Simultaneously depress the guide button and insert a 90 degree pick into the guide opening, and lift up while engaged.
  7. Remove center backpanel from 2nd row center seatback.

    Lift up at the lower 20 backpanel and then slide forward to release.
  8. Remove center seatback lumbar bun fastener.

    1x screw, T20, 1.5 Nm
  9. Remove push clip from trim.

Install

  1. Install center inner cover.

    Install inner cover ensuring the clips seat to outer cover.
  2. Install push clip to trim.
  3. Install center seatback lumbar bun.

    Press seatback lumbar bun into center frame.
  4. Fold 2nd row 60 seatback down.
  5. Install center seatback lumbar bun fastener.

    1x screw, T20, 1.5 Nm.
  6. Insert backpanel hooks (X2) into center seat back assembly.

    Note
    Engage hooks and slide rearward into position, early production have 4x hooks.
  7. Install 2nd row center headrest.
  8. Return 2nd row 60 seatback to vertical position.
  9. Move RH front seat to original position.
  10. Move LH front seat to original position.
  11. Raise all four windows.
  12. Close all four doors
