AUDIO SPEAKER FULL RANGE 100MM (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open both front doors and lower both front windows.
  2. Remove the LH and RH upper A-pillar trims. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the wrap around assembly. See Wrap Around - Instrument Panel (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the center instrument panel speaker screws (x3).

    TIp
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • SET, 1/2" CUT BIT. (78 PCS DOUBLE END MINI RATCHET)
    • Wiha Torque Screwdriver 0.8-5 Nm screwdriver (installation only)
  5. Release the speaker connector, and then remove the center instrument panel speaker.

Install

  1. Connect the center instrument panel speaker connector.
  2. Install the center instrument panel speaker screws (x3).
    2.3 Nm (1.7 lbs-ft)

    • SET, 1/2" CUT BIT. (78 PCS DOUBLE END MINI RATCHET)
    • Wiha Torque Screwdriver 0.8-5 Nm screwdriver (installation only)
  3. Install the wrap around assembly. See Wrap Around - Instrument Panel (Remove and Replace).
  4. Install the LH and RH upper A-pillar trims. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Raise both front windows and close both front doors.
