Remove

Remove the rear facing camera assembly. See Camera - Rear Facing (Remove and Install).
NoteIt is not necessary to separate the rear facing camera from the cover.
- Disconnect the liftgate handle switch connector.

Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the liftgate switch cover assembly to the
liftgate.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T10 bit

Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the liftgate switch cover to the liftgate switch
cover assembly.
TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T10 bit
Install

Install the bolts (x2) that attach the liftgate switch cover to the liftgate switch
cover assembly.0.7 Nm (6 lbs-in)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T10 bit

Install the bolts (x2) that attach the liftgate switch cover assembly to the
liftgate.2 Nm (1.5 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T10 bit
- Connect the liftgate handle switch connector.
- Install the rear facing camera assembly. See Camera - Rear Facing (Remove and Install).
